I will affectionately call this the ‘Poser Wedding’ as everyone in the Bridal Party was an expert in posing! It was a lot of fun to hang out with such extroverts :)

And Clara…what a beautiful bride you are…I will never forget when you ran down the hallway at your parent’s place toward your grandmother and you screamed with joy “Nanny…I am a bride!!”

For those of you who don’t know, Clara and I have a special friendship that started in year 10 and to cut a long story short I am her Gemma Wemmy and she is my Clausy Mousey! I can’t tell you what a privelege it is to capture memories for such close friends…especially those that value photos so much!

Clara and Yusdel…you made me cry tears of joy many times on Saturday…thank you and I wish you the best for your life together…here are a few snapshots from your special day!

This is the first of three posts for this wedding.

As you might remember, Valentines Day was rained out so we postponed until a few weeks ago (sorry I am so late in posting!) to do Rachael & CJ’s engagement portraits.

I know Rachael from when I worked at the RSPCA so it was fun that we were able to have animals in one of the pics – cows! As they had moved to a new house in Oxley Park and didn’t know the local area we decided to go ‘ad-hoc’ and down Mamre Road and head to Luddenham for some random country-inspired shots!

We ended up in the gorgeous green Wallacia and CJ did a re-enactment of the proposal of how Rachael will remember it..complete with a blade of grass for a ring! Congrats guys! Enjoy the pics..

Kate and I met over Facebook – we both share the same maiden name and we both know the minister marrying her on April 4! Kate and Jono were so busy leading up to the wedding that we hadn’t even met yet so they didn’t know what I was like and vice versa.

We met up last Sunday night for their engagement session and it was great that we we hit it off straight away and plus Kate has had Jono in training for photos for years ;)

They love doing goofy/crazy/fun shots which was great and made for something a bit different!

I am looking forward to your wedding! Keep up the great work at being crazy in front of the camera…I love the energy!

I have found my new favourite location for couple and family photos! Bec and Charlie were so wonderful in being adventurous – including climbing trees, braving the spider infested jungle and Charlie going topless (these pics are for Bec’s eyes only)!

I can’t tell you how lucky I feel each week to spend this time with each couple. I look forward to your big wedding in November and keep up the great ‘work’ at being an incredible couple :)

I have two other portrait sessions that I need to post from a couple of weeks back so please come back in the next week for more fun pics!
