I loved being a part of John and Debra’s special day last Sunday. Or should I say, Debra, John, Elana and Carina’s day! Their two beautiful little girls were an integral part of the day and very involved in the ceremony. There were tears and laughs and everyone had a great time! One of the photos I took is of when Elana gave me a big hug..I love it when my clients love me :)

Roslyn Gardens is a beautiful venue at Peakhurst and there are many places for posed photos. A little more posed than my normal style but I was able to capture plenty of great candids too with the kids :) I recommend the food, it was delicious! And the dessert….yumm!

Enjoy! And congrats Deb and John!

Yesterday I was privileged to be in the presence of Miss Marli and her cousin Declan. Marli did so well and I think she is the first baby I have ever had that was able to sleep during some of the session :) Kylie and Adrian are such loving parents and it was so great to spend 2 hours with their new family. The orange knitted coccoon was created by my lovely mum! I have more in all different colours and sizes, so if you are interested in a session, let me know if you like the coccoons.

My beautiful friend Kat had the most gorgeous wedding in the Hunter Valley over the weekend at the Bimbadgen Estate Pokolbin. The atmosphere, weather, service, food and wine were all first class! I could not fault it! Kat’s dress was made by a friend (I still have to get their details), her gorgeous bouquet was made by the bride herself, same with the buttonholes and corsages. Kat also did her own hair and makeup and the flower hair accessory was custom made. Anyone who knows this woman, knows she loves shoes and she wore stunning Witchery stilettos with her gorgeous dusty pink/champagne gown. The cars were decorated by her lovely brother Chris.

The ceremony was at sunset and we were lucky enough for it to peek from behind the clouds casting a warm glow whilst Kat and Jon were signing their marriage certificate. Kat and Jon opted to do family and location photos before the ceremony at the Estate – the light was soft and the vineyard was a perfect backdrop. It was very hard to restrict the number of photos to share with you! Here are some faves from the day…
