The Grocott sisters were going to be away from home when their dad was to celebrate 6-0 so they decided to have some fun portraits taken and have me make them into canvases as a surprise! The surprise was well received! Greer and Greta agreed to meet me at the Chinese Gardens after an expo I was attending as we had to fit the session in before they left for their trips overseas and to Western Australia.

From hot in the morning to cool in the afternoon, yesterday was full of surprises and we were lucky to finish up the last session in the early evening just as a spot of rain fell on my face. Enjoy the happiness that is the Minatsis family – Ally, Pete and their little girl Cleopatra.

Wow. 40 degree weather for 14 hours. The bridal party were such troopers in the weather and the photos show how awesome they were! The bride and groom just couldn’t stop kissing! I think they are the smoochiest couple I have ever photographed!! The ceremony was held in Punchbowl at St Charbel Maronite Catholic Church and was decked out with incredible lillies and blue orchids. We made our way to Oatley Park for some formal photos and the rain started to come down so we headed for the small castle that overlooks the water. The rain stopped and we went for a walk along the water for some cool relief. And after 6 hours in her wedding dress in 40 degree heat, Bec spent 6 more hours dancing all night long at La Luna Lounge at Condell Park. I think carrying two heavy cameras for hours is nothing compared to being in heels for hours and dancing for half of that time!! Incredible!!
