After having to postpone twice due to unpredictable Sydney summer weather we were blessed with a gorgeous clear morning yesterday for this engagement session in Oatley Park. We were lucky too as the session almost didn’t happen after Chaka’s visit to the Emergency Department on Monday night after sporting an injured sh…oulder and mild concussion from a mountain biking accident. Thank goodness he is OK and is fully aware of who he is and who his fiance is. The wedding is on Sunday – so there was no time for any memory loss!!

Lorinda and Chaka told me they wanted a natural shoot just concentrating on their beautiful surrounding and their interactions. They are a very affectionate couple and it was lovely to see themselves work out their own ‘poses’ as they were just so besotted with each other and didn’t notice the camera!

In the suburbs of Paris we took photos of Laetitia and Cedric and their bridal party in their wedding attire a few days after the wedding. The session was done at the Chateau d’Auvers Sur Oise in the Val d’Oise in the north of Paris where they had their reception. The property is now a museum for the Impressionists period. The Trash the Dress session was done at a nearby river. Thanks to Laetitia and Cedric for being so much fun and also for the yummy iceblocks by Mr Freeze …it was hot hot hot!!
