We went through a few ideas – camping, english rose garden before Naomi and Adam told me they would really like to have their session on the beach because that’s really who they are – beach people! They like nothing more than sitting on the rocks and snorkelling. I had been looking at an underwater case for a while and was going to buy it in a few months for the Far North QLD wedding I have in June. So i bought it on a whim and didn’t have time to test it out. I think we got some great shots! Naomi and Adam are such a gorgeous couple and Naomi is very happy to play cute (even though she is already) for the camera – LOVE it! Please enjoy the craziness of this beach/underwater session at Clovelly. P.S It was very rough and we did well for the conditions we were in :)

Natalia and Con and their little boy Lucas enjoyed a fun time by the Georges River despite the invasion of mosquitoes half way through the session. Lucas put on a great show for his young age of 9 months and has the cheekiest smile! I wish you guys all the best and look forward to the Wedding and Christening in March this year.

Portrait sessions are commonly postponed due to unpredictable weather but this time we had to postpone this portrait session for a month because the boys were a little crazy at Luke’s early Buck’s night and shaved off one of his eyebrows! Thank goodness it has grown back nicely and there was no need for paranoia during the session! Sarah was so cute to bring along colourful lollipops, her favourite Dr Seus book and also the Sunday paper. They love just lazing around and reading the paper so we incorporated it into the photos. The wedding is next month in the Southern Highlands and it is going to be so much fun – just like this session – Sarah and Luke, you guys make me laugh – I love your ‘acting’ for the camera and your sense of humour. Please enjoy the craziness that is Sarah and Luke :)

After having to postpone twice due to unpredictable Sydney summer weather we were blessed with a gorgeous clear morning yesterday for this engagement session in Oatley Park. We were lucky too as the session almost didn’t happen after Chaka’s visit to the Emergency Department on Monday night after sporting an injured sh…oulder and mild concussion from a mountain biking accident. Thank goodness he is OK and is fully aware of who he is and who his fiance is. The wedding is on Sunday – so there was no time for any memory loss!!

Lorinda and Chaka told me they wanted a natural shoot just concentrating on their beautiful surrounding and their interactions. They are a very affectionate couple and it was lovely to see themselves work out their own ‘poses’ as they were just so besotted with each other and didn’t notice the camera!
