Portrait sessions are commonly postponed due to unpredictable weather but this time we had to postpone this portrait session for a month because the boys were a little crazy at Luke’s early Buck’s night and shaved off one of his eyebrows! Thank goodness it has grown back nicely and there was no need for paranoia during the session! Sarah was so cute to bring along colourful lollipops, her favourite Dr Seus book and also the Sunday paper. They love just lazing around and reading the paper so we incorporated it into the photos. The wedding is next month in the Southern Highlands and it is going to be so much fun – just like this session – Sarah and Luke, you guys make me laugh – I love your ‘acting’ for the camera and your sense of humour. Lauren and Mark work very hard in their professions and they haven’t had much quality time together lately so it was great to capture these moments where they could relax and just enjoy each other’s company (and mine haha). They asked me to suggest a location so I picked a spot where we could do some lovely romantic photos by the wharf and amongst the trees and then some fun photos on the play equipment. I was impressed by how much Lauren and Mark embraced the play equipment and abadoned traditional poses to play up for the camera! Yay! See you at the wedding and I promise I will try to be a guest for at least 5 minutes on the wedding day
