We went through a few ideas – camping, english rose garden before Naomi and Adam told me they would really like to have their session on the beach because that’s really who they are – beach people! They like nothing more than sitting on the rocks and snorkelling. I had been looking at an underwater case for a while and was going to buy it in a few months for the Far North QLD wedding I have in June. So i bought it on a whim and didn’t have time to test it out. I think we got some great shots! Naomi and Adam are such a gorgeous couple and Naomi is very happy to play cute (even though she is already) for the camera – LOVE it! Fiona and Garth love the beach and grew up around Coogee so it was a natural choice for their engagement photos. They came prepared with a change of clothes so they could reveal their true nature in their boardshorts. Fiona and I didn’t allow Garth to change his shirt again as we both love red hehe Although we had to get up very early for this shoot it was very worth it and we were all giggling and having a great time. One of my favourite shots was when Garth was seducing Fiona on the rocks – I felt like they were on some deserted tropical island – it was very very hot!!

On Sunday 14 December I met Sharon and Les Scott for a sunrise portrait session as a 10th birthday present for their two lovely border collies, Boof and Bundy! They look much younger than 10 and we had a great time running around Brays Bay Reserve (Concord) watching the sun come up – such a beautiful time of day!
