Michelle and Andre’s Wedding was so well planned (by Michelle!) and had incredible detail in the theme which included green orchids and miniature disc balls. The green orchids were everywhere, from the girl’s bouquets to the reception table decorations to the bathrooms! What stood out most on the day was the personalised ceremony where the celebrant talked about the reasons they love each other. There were many tears in my eyes when these were read out, reminding me of my husband and I and some of the crazy reasons we love each other. I am wishing you the very best for your married life!

Some of Michelle’s incredible vendors:

Kirileigh from Two Strong hearts Celebrations was the celebrant – highly recommended!

Veil and other headpieces by Elle at Crowning Couture Millinery & Accessories, Wedding dress makers Sally and Pye at Bewitch Fabrics & Fashions, Mercedes Van for transport – Sydney Limos , Groomsmen’s attire by Peppers Formal Wear, Florist – Designs by Booshi, Hairdresser – Diane from D&D Hair in Newtown, Make-up Artist – Sandra Glynn, Reception venue – Simmer on the Bay and Ceremony venue – Royal Botanic Gardens.

Shaiza got changed into her third and last outfit for the reception – an incredible green beaded ensemble. It was incredibly heavy and I was worried she would fall over but this woman know how to wear this traditional costume. The reception was at the Orion Centre in Campsie for more than 300 people. Food, speeches and a ‘leaving’ tradition. The ‘leaving’ tradition is where close friends and family say goodbye to Shaiza as she is effectively leaving the family for good. It is a very emotional time and I felt very privileged to be there.
